    Very much enjoy these products and have been a satisfied user for over a decade now. Unfortunately, this last EXL unit was very disappointing. We used our 1st Pro model for well over 5 yrs. When that eventually failed, we purchased a refurbished Pro model again which also lasted nearly 5 yrs. This time we upgraded to the EXL model and before we reached 2.5 yrs, the unit has started to leak from both the inlet and outlet ports, from inside the unit. We're going back to the Pro model.

    The addition of the EcoWasher EXL to our everday cleaning has been a big changer for me and my family. We have noticed a significant change in the way our clothes feel after being cleaned.     I have a family of 7 and do continuous loads of laundry nearly every day on top of my husband working construction. Happy to say that the Ecowasher has kept up with our laundry and clothes smell great. I have had to call in a few times with questions and they were friendly and patient
